Coffee Cinnamon Buttercream Frosting

1 teaspoon instant coffee granuales (crush with the back of a spoon until it becomes more of a powder)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 cups confectioners' sugar

1/4 - 1/2 cup milk

Beat butter until soft and fluffy.  Mix in coffee, cinnamon and salt.  Alternately add the confectioners sugar and 1/4 cup of milk.  Add more milk to get to the desired consistancy.  This makes just barely enough to cover and fill two 8" round cakes.  This frosting can easily over power a cake so the frosting does not need to be very thick.
